The dynamic design of Hydra Heights gives life to thevision of its creators for a visual “game” of indoor and outdoor spaces that blend into a harmonious whole.The building consists of 8 large, spacious, autonomous, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments that meet the modern needs of every family and are built for individuals that seek to enjoy daily comfortable living in one of the most prestigious areas of Nicosia.

The building, as well as each one of the eight apartments, has been designed in a way to be functional, ergonomic, with practical spaces but also unpretentious luxury. The orientation of the building provides plenty of light and a lovely aura, giving unparalleled prestige to the project.
The large outdoor areas are graciously designed to provide unique daily moments of relaxation.

In the interior of Hydra Heights, the urban design prevails and combines unique and innovative materials, harmoniously showcasing the atmosphere of the natural landscape.

The whole building, like every apartment, has independent photovoltaic systems and charger provisions for electric cars, applying in practice the concept of “sustainability” and “green” buildings. All apartments will have installed A/C systems and under-floor heating with a heat pump system.
