€22 Million High-Rise Development Approved for Limassol Coast

A new €22 million high-rise development along the Limassol coast has received approval from the Environment Department. The project, masterminded by P.G. Economides Properties Ltd, is set to ascend to a height of 87 meters, serving as a versatile space for both offices and commercial ventures.

The architectural blueprint outlines a structure featuring a ground floor, a mezzanine, a rooftop garden, two basement levels, and 18 floors. With a total coverage area planned at 1,250 square meters, the building’s total built-up area will cover 8,271.78 square meters.

Planned parking facilities include 146 spaces, with specific accommodations for individuals with disabilities marked at seven slots. Parking will be spread across the two basement levels, the ground level, and the first floor. Sustainable transport has also been considered, offering 20 bicycle parking spots and another 15 for motorcycles.

The project aims to be completed within 28 months post-approval of all requisite permits. Strategically positioned, the building will be surrounded by a mix of residential and multifaceted properties, offering office spaces, commercial outlets, and dining options. The development shares its eastern border with another mixed-use project that integrates residential and office components. On the western side, it neighbors similar mixed-use constructions containing both residential and commercial units.

A distinct geographic element nearby is the Vathias River, located less than 77 meters to the east of the upcoming site. The coastal avenue area hosts a variety of tourism-geared developments, such as hotels, resorts, and eateries. As you move northward, the surroundings evolve into primarily residential zones, punctuated by a handful of mixed-use commercial properties.

Only 68 meters to the west is the renowned Griva Digeni Avenue, offering easy access to crucial city locations. Another significant landmark nearby is the iconic Oval building, located 120 meters further to the west.
